One of the many reasons why I love Chocolate Kiss restaurant in UP Bahay ng Alumni is their blueberry cheesecake. It's cream cheese-y goodness just hits me right on spot. You can tell that it's really cream cheese and not flour nor gelatin.. pure cream cheese. The price for a slice is now PHP 105.00. I can remember when it was only PHP 85.00 but that was years ago.
However, I noticed that the taste of their crust changed. I can't fully explain what the change in the taste is, maybe the crushed graham crackers is loose and not at all compressed really tight or something.. but I can guarantee that the cheesecake itself still tastes the same. It's great to be paired with Chocolate Kiss' bottomless iced tea. :)
